I added the Chilli Plum sauce to a pork steak that had been basted with the Eric Todd Basting Sauce, expecting a mouth jarring burn from the chilli. What I got was a deliciously tasty plum flavour with a bit of a kick at the end - simply fantastic. The peri-peri sauce provided a similar reaction, tart with the expected zing at the end – easy to eat and definitely more-ish. The real clincher though was the Hot Chilli Sauce which has the ideal combination of taste and burn, perfect for any meat. The Basting Sauce added a wonderfully subtle flavour, enhancing the taste of the meat while adding a little something different. Let Eric Todd spice up your Braai Day with this delicious deal.
