I was very excited about this deal: four fabulous sauces from the renowned ab Product range, including the Black Gold balsamic reduction – I knew I was in for a treat, and I certainly wasn’t disappointed.

The Mediterrano is a balsamic reduction but with a wonderful, fresh herb flavour. A sweet honey smell and gloriously sticky consistency makes this sauce perfect on a salad or as a marinade on meat.

The Malagasy Green sauce is flavoured with green peppercorns; it has a subtle zing in the aftertaste which is perfect in stir-fries or on eggs.

The Sweet Fire is a zesty sweet chilli sauce with a big bite and a full sweet flavour which, if you like a little spice, would be perfect on just about anything.

Lastly, the Black Gold is just as its name implies: decadently sweet and tart at the same time, with a rich, Asian flavour. This balsamic reduction is perfect on its own or in stir-fries - and it's cholesterol free!
